12th Annual Integrity Golf Classic
Golf Scramble on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at St. Andrews South Golf Club, 1901 Deborah Drive, Punta Gorda.  We will have $1,000 Putting Contest, Raffle items and 50/50 tickets, as well as Silent Auction items.   Print and Return the REGISTRATION FLYER, or register and pay for this event using the registration link.

Golf Includes:  One round with cart, breakfast, buffet lunch, 2 beverage tickets, raffle entry.
$75pp Single Golfers-you will be added to make a foursome (no single play).
$300 Sign up your Team/Foursome.
$350 Par Sponsor: One Foursome and Business Name on event banner.
$450 Birdie Sponsor:  One Foursome and Business Logo on event banner.
$650 Eagle Sponsor:  One Foursome, Business Logo event banner & Hole Sign
$1,000 Bar/Beverage Sponsor (one available): One Foursome, Business Logo on event banner, and bring your Pop-up tent 
$200 Hole Sponsor:  Your Pop-up tent by the Tee & hole sign, (run game and or display your products & services to the players.
