2023 SWFL Parade of Homes

The Southwest Florida Parade of Homes™ is a showcase of new homes produced by the National Association of Home Builders local, and the Charlotte DeSoto Building Industry Association. This annual event is open to all builders in the community to showcase model homes the offer the most innovative styles and designs. The Parade of Homes will be held March 4th-12th, 2023. There will be something for everyone in every corner of Charlotte County. From lifestyle amenity living at Babcock Ranch in southern Charlotte County, to a centrally located home in Punta Gorda or Port Charlotte, or perhaps something close to the beaches in West County’s Placida.
