Charlotte County Jazz Society presents February Jazz Jam

Charlotte County Jazz Society will be holding their February Jazz Jam on Saturday, February 24 from 1:00 to 4:00 at The Grill at 1951, 1951 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte. This jazz jam will be a celebration of life for Ken Franckling, who passed away in March 2023. Ken was a gifted and prolific photographer, writer, critic and ardent supporter of jazz and jazz musicians. Ken's contributions to our community, CCJS, and local musicians are tremendous and this jazz jam will honor his work and legacy. All musicians are welcome. Doors open at 12:00. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. There is no charge for this event. However, we will always accept donations to our scholarship fund.
