Dance Fusion Class - In-person and by Zoom

Come and discover the Dance Fusion craze with instructor Carla Peralta either by Zoom or at the Punta Gorda Isles Civic Association located at 2001 Shreve St. in Punta Gorda.  Mark your calendar for every Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:30AM to get ready to dance your way to a new body and attitude!  This fun, medium to high intensity workout, with no jumping , low impact, incorporates familiar dance steps to favorite international and American dance tunes.  In-person students register and pay for first online and then pay as they attend at the PGICA office.  Zoom students register at PGICA.org and will receive their invites 1 day prior to class, but must register 2 days prior to class to receive the link.  All levels welcome;  Come and dance, dance, and dance!
