Goodwill Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting April 29

On Thursday, April 29^th a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held introducing Goodwill shoppers to their new expanded location in the Peachland Plaza, and announcing a new opportunity for career training in Charlotte County. HU Direct, An Express Division of Hodges University, and Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida have formed an alliance to create more workforce training opportunities that will help fulfill the needs of the region. The ribbon-cutting will be held at 8:45 a.m. at 24123 Peachland Blvd. in Port Charlotte in front of the Goodwill retail store.
