Healing Field of Honore
The Punta Gorda Rotary Club Foundation hosts a Healing Field of Honor, Nov 20-12! Picture 1,000 American flags flying in ceremonial formation. An individual or an organization sponsors each flag in this Veterans Day weekend display at Laishley Park. Flags honor a fallen hero, veteran, active-duty military member, first responder, doctor, nurse, teacher, or any other hero and create an awe-inspiring panorama available for everyone to enjoy.
