We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and enthusiastic Office Manager & Client Coordinator to join our team. If you’re a dog lover with a knack for organization, sales, and creativity, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As our Office Manager & Client Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while building meaningful relationships with clients:

Administrative Tasks:
    •    Appointment Management: Schedule consultations and training sessions while managing trainer calendars efficiently.
    •    Client Communications: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with potential leads.
    •    Office Operations: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day operations.
    •    Inventory Management: Track and order supplies as needed, ensuring the office is stocked and operational.

Sales & Marketing:
    •    Consultation Sales: Confidently explain and sell training packages tailored to client needs.
    •    Content Creation: Design eye-catching posts and visuals using Canva for social media and Google Business updates.
    •    Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent engagement with our audience.
    •    Event Planning: Organize and promote local events to connect with the community and generate leads.

Strategic Growth:
    •    Networking: Build relationships with potential clients, partners, and local businesses.
    •    Market Research: Stay informed about competitors, trends, and opportunities to improve services.
    •    Budget Awareness: Identify opportunities to optimize spending and reduce costs.

What You Bring
    •    Experience: 2+ years in administrative, sales, or marketing roles.
    •    Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Canva, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
    •    Sales Savvy: A proven ability to confidently sell services and build trust with clients.
    •    Organization: A detail-oriented mindset with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
    •    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    •    Love for Dogs: A genuine passion for working with animals and their owners.

Schedule & Working Conditions
    •    Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
    •    Occasional evenings or weekends for events or special projects.
