This position will be primarily responsible for the recruitment and retention of Charlotte County Chamber members, but if you are imagining long meetings in hot conference rooms while sliding each other’s business cards across the table, then you are thinking of the wrong Chamber! The Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce is just different.
This role is based at our Port Charlotte office; a space designed to foster creativity and community partnerships. You could join a dynamic team dedicated to making our community stronger and more attractive to businesses and residents, but we do it with a twist!

What do we need from you?
- PASSION For Treating ALL People Well!
- 2+ Years Sales Experience, Preferably B2B
- Bachelor Degree Preferred – Or Like Business Experience
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Must Be Able to Talk to Strangers (No Wallflowers Need Apply)
- Must Have a Satisfactory Drug Test and Criminal Background Check
- Reliable, Spur of the Moment Transportation (50% travel within Charlotte County)
- Flexible schedule to include evening and weekend events occasionally
