Advanced Canine Development is a rapidly growing dog training and behavior modification company seeking an experienced and enthusiastic dog trainer to join our team. We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced dog trainer to work with clients and their dogs, providing training and guidance on various aspects of dog behavior and obedience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning theory, training principles, and group dog socialization.

*Responsibilities:* - Provide training and guidance to clients and their dogs - Conduct training sessions at our facility and clients' homes - Develop and implement customized training plans for puppies, basic obedience, advanced obedience, off-leash training, board and train, service/therapy dogs, and behavior modification - Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear direction and feedback - Work collaboratively with our team to achieve company goals

*Requirements:* - Experience in animal care/training (minimum 2 years) - Strong understanding of learning theory, training principles, and group dog socialization - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Self-motivated and driven to learn and succeed - Reliable and punctual

*Preferred Qualifications:* - Certification in dog training or behavior modification - Experience working with clients and their dogs in a training setting
