About Us
Family Haven of Catholic Charities assists families and individuals who are experiencing homelessness in Sarasota and Charlotte Counites. Case management services are designed to provide intensive support and provide opportunities to learn life skills so clients can overcome and troubleshoot barriers to acquiring and maintaining permanent housing.
