Charlotte County Book & Arts Festival

The Charlotte County Book & Arts Festival is a free, family-friendly celebration of literature, art, and community creativity. The Charlotte County Book & Arts Festival will take place on April 18th from 10am-6pm inside the Port Charlotte Town Center mall. This one-day indoor festival brings together authors, artists, performers, and families for an immersive cultural experience in the heart of Charlotte County. Attendees can meet and interact with local, regional, and nationally recognized authors across a wide range of genres, including children’s books, young adult fiction, romance, mystery, historical fiction, suspense, poetry, and nonfiction. Guests will have opportunities to purchase books, enjoy author signings, and attend readings and discussions throughout the day. In addition to literary programming, the festival features visual artists displaying and selling original artwork, live dance performances, and interactive art experiences that highlight the creative talent within Southwest Florida. The event is designed to showcase both storytelling and artistic expression in a vibrant, welcoming environment. Families will enjoy bounce houses, face painting, costume contests, scavenger hunts, and hands-on activities for children of all ages.
