Since learning to play the saxophone at age 9 he has been practicing, gigging, and teaching every day. He has played in The Florida All State Jazz Band, The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, and The Orlando Jazz Orchestra. He was also the 2017 winner of the Central Florida Jazz Society Scholarship and has toured extensively throughout the United States and Canada. Ryan completed his master’s degree in jazz performance at The New England Conservatory in Boston under the instruction of saxophonist Jerry Bergonzi in 2023 and is currently on staff at Newton South High School, Newton, MA. Ryan Devlin will be joined by Thomas Milovac on bass, John Lumpkin on drums, and Anthony Aldissi on piano. CCJS members are free. Non-members are $25, paid at the door, cash or check.
