Ground Breaking/Ribbon Cutting - Dion Development Corporation

Come join us in welcoming Dion Development Corporation as a new member to the Charlotte County Chamber. Ground Breaking & Ribbon Cutting is at 11:00 a.m. 

On Tuesday, October 7th there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony to build a new La Quinta Hotel by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.  
 
Dion Development Corporation and JES Construction Inc. have merged to construct a new 3 story 84 room hotel.
 
Guest speakers include Charlotte County Commissioner Stephen Deutsche as well as others.
 
Breakfast will be served at 10:30 with commencement of the ceremony to begin at
11:00 AM and conclude by 12:00 PM. 



They will have a Food Truck - Bacon & Eggs, Orange Juice & Coffee as well as Fresh Donuts
