Job description
We are hiring maintenance personnel to join a fantastic team. The position is in the south Fort Myers area. It is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, at $ 17.00 per hour, with hours from Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. This position requires a valid driver's license. You will be responsible for promptly completing work orders and other required tasks, including light painting/touch-up, yard cleaning, and power washing and cleaning the clubhouse. A friendly, professional attitude is needed to serve homeowners in this beautiful community.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders promptly
- Property clean-up duties
- Power washing
- Lawn and tree trimming
- Light painting/touch up

- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license to apply
