About Us
Crossroads Hope Academy is a non-profit 501(c)(3) home and charter school for foster boys who have had multiple failed placements in the Florida foster care system. It is an environmentally based program in Southeast Charlotte County serving youth in a residential therapeutic environment. The campus is over 20 acres and offers an array of activities for youth in residence. The therapeutic home structure incorporates the best characteristics and allows for enhanced developmental experiences for at risk boys between 13 and 18 years of age.
