News Release: 11/12/2025 Register for the New Bid Platform

Dear Local Vendor,
Charlotte County Public Schools is moving to a new Bid Platform and we want to reach
as many of you as we can to give you the opportunity to bid on goods and services,
especially those right here in the County. Please take a moment to navigate over to
https://www.beaconbid.com/solicitations/charlotte-county-public-schools/register
and register with Charlotte County Public Schools. We think you will find it easy to register
and assure you receive notifications for the products and services you provide. There are
no commodity codes needed on either end, yours or ours, just simple layman terms. Do
you sell computers, simply type that in and you will be prompted for categories to
choose? Do you install sod, same for you, type in sod and see all the prompts for options
to choose? You may choose as many as you feel are necessary to represent your
business. We have some local service bids that should be posted next week if all goes
well, so register as soon as possible
