Two Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) Direct Hire

Description: Manages policyholder accounts for home, auto, and umbrella insurance, focusing on policy changes, renewals, and answering coverage or billing inquiries. They deliver high-quality service, resolve complaints, and help retain clients through proactive communication. 
Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Servicing: Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations for personal lines policies.
  • Customer Support: Handle phone, email, and chat inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims.
  • Coverage Advising: Explain policy options, coverages, and limits to clients.
  • Retention & Sales: Provide quotes for new or existing business and identify opportunities to round out accounts.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate client records in the Agency Management System (AMS). 
  • Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. 220 or 440 License
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance (1-3 years preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail
  • Education: High school diploma; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
 
Wages: $52k to $75k per year, Commissions
